At POPFLEX, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back to your workout with zero stress.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure all original tags are attached and the items are unworn.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
